She pushed Purchase again and they sold tickets for tonight. but changed the date to today which was not noticed. She had everything lined up and there was again a glitch. I asked my fiance if she could try on her home pc. I got on today and tried to buy and was given 'Error Fulfilling Order' message 3x on two different browser. They didn't extend the schedule for a full week ahead. After poking around I finally got the show schedule, but it only went to the next Tuesday. (Again this was on a Thurs trying to buy for next Thurs).
I called the theater 5 days ago to try and reserve 6 tickets for my family (one week from that day) - I was informed I could only buy tickets at the concession or online. Note: this is not about the show itself but about trying to buy the tickets online.
